Ruby Dee and the Snakehandlers is een 4-koppig combo uit Austin, Texas dat originele rock 'n' roll speelt die overloopt van sounds als Texas honky-tonk, Bakersfield twang, pure Memphis rockabilly, Western swing en een hele dikke scheut Americana.
De band tourde bijna constant de afgelopen drie jaar, en deed ruim 300 optredens in heel Amerika en Europa.
Tijdens hun Europese tour dit voorjaar zullen Ruby Dee and the Snakehandlers op zaterdag 8 mei de Piek op z'n kop zetten!
